I Love My Man

July 26, 2016

As a working wife to a stay at home dad who works hard all day to not only take care of the kids and help with 25% of the house work (because Im fair and nice like that even though HE’S the stay at home parent), he still takes care of the “man stuff” like doing the yard, working on cars, fixing the appliances. He’s a badass man that knows how to get down and dirty and hunt, build a fire, and please his woman!

Having a good partner in life makes things a lot easier. Trust me. If you have one, you’re truly blessed (If you don’t, don’t worry; they’re out there!). Anyway…..he sold his motorcycle (as well as a lot of other “toys”) to help save and make money for a house/for our family. His life has been revolving 100% around me and our kids….and as much as I love him, I feel that he (aka me) could use some alone time with himself or friends, SO I bought him a dual sport motorcycle, similar to the one he sold, but newer and freakin AWESOME. I plan on surprising him on his birthday next month! It is currently being taken care of at a good family friend’s house in the country. He is spiffing it up even more to make this thing look amazing and custom for him. I am so excited to see my husband’s expression when our friend drops it off on his birthday.

God has blessed me with a great job that pays well, and is blessing our family. The least I could do is show how much I love and am thankful to my husband for all of his daily sacrifices.

Family means everything to me because I have felt the lack of it…..

Cheers

Bridging the Gap: Communicating with Spirits as Revered as Saints

Exploring spiritual dialogue beyond religious conventions, I question the exclusive communication with saints and consider the broader potential for interaction with spirits, including unrecognized but virtuous individuals like my late mother. Her potent spiritual presence, transcending institutional limitations, exemplified the possibility of profound intercession and divine connection beyond recognized sainthood, challenging traditional notions of sanctity and spiritual exchange.

The “Trinity” Controversy

Three years into a spiritual revamp sparked by a voice she believed was her deceased mother’s, Shaunna reconsiders her understanding of life, God, and spirituality. Gripped by the loss and familial strife, she hears a voice urging her to acknowledge mistakes. This revelation kickstarts her quest for truth, leading her to question and ponder the biblical underpinnings of the Trinity doctrine. She discovers that while the Trinity isn’t explicitly outlined in Scripture, the Bible’s teachings imply this complex unity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, a cornerstone of her faith’s doctrine.

What is the “Divine Council”?

Several biblical texts describe a “divine council” of celestial beings who serve God and engage in decision-making, known as “sod.” These beings, while diverse, are depicted as subordinate to the Creator. Prophets sometimes access “sod” for divine revelations. Scriptures such as 1 Kings 22, Isaiah 6, and Jeremiah 23 illustrate this concept, differentiating true prophets who witness these councils from false ones. Psalm 82 and Amos 3:7 further highlight the council’s role in divine plans, as does the Book of Job.
