I’m tired of people not speaking up, respectable people who consume kratom stay silent because they dont want to risk “looking bad”. Why does it look bad to consume kratom? Because of ignorant people, or those who abuse something and then give it a bad reputation.

DEA & HHA No Longer Investigating Kratom At This Time

In 2016, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) issued a Notice of Intent to temporarily schedule mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, the two primary alkaloids found in kratom, as Schedule 1 substances. This Notice of Intent was subsequently withdrawn on October 31, 2016; however, since then we have been led to believe that kratom was still under constant investigation.

If you’ve been following my blog, along with the American Kratom Association then you must of heard about the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA) The KCPA is the bill which will establish dietary supplement regulations for Kratom, Mitragyna Speciosa.
