First

By hand/manual: You take a bowl with high sides and pour some kratom powder into it. Take both sides of an empty cap and gather the powder with them, filling each side with the powder and then capping/securing once you bring both sides to the center to each other. Seal your created caps in an air-tight container, preferably with a dark amber tint that protects the caps from too much light exposure – that could age your kratom and lessen the effects. You will make to make sure you are aware of the amount of kratom you are putting in each cap so you can be consistent with your preferred dose.
