I was always that odd one who always declined coffee when offered. Though when I was trying to impress my boss at a new job, I would always accept it and put on my best poker face when drinking it— Now that I think about it, those asshats didn’t deserve such dedication from me. Never again will I pretend to like something to impress anyone–but I’ll save that for another post. Anyway, the point is, I hate coffee. Always have, always will. Why? No clue. Just not tasty on my tongue/tastebuds. What can I say. Therefore, naturally, I had to find an alternative to coffee so that I could survive that hour commute into Portland or that alternative that would help me survive the 2PM energy crash. Yes, that’s a thing.

My kratom tea is a need in my life. Not a want. Not an option. Not an occasional recreational enjoyment. It is the one thing that helps relieve some of the chronic issues I have to live with.
And many are in my exact situation. Many of us feel the need to conceal this truth so we are not judge or misunderstood. Moms like me, business women, that soccer mom down the street–this is our morning cup of “coffee”. We hide our consumption as if our tea was laced with vodka.
Kratom Girl shares her favorite recipe that she includes in her beauty routine as well as managing her fibro. It’s secret recipe full of benefits!
Maintaining a consistent dosage with kratom powder can be difficult. Some require a digital scale to ensure an accurate dose. It is a hassle measuring out the powder or “shot” ensuring you are consistently consuming the same amount your body prefers. While it may sound easy to some to weigh out each dose, it can be time consuming to say the least.
When it comes to kratom, a lot can be misunderstood, misrepresented, or simply not explained correctly BECAUSE there has not been much research and testing done on it considering it is an unregulated supplement. The more popular kratom becomes, the more research will be done on it. Until then, a lot of what we know about kratom comes from overseas, from the farmers who grow it and are willing to share the process with the public, and to scientists who care to take the time to do research.

My story is a boring one to me, but a life changing one of encouragement to many others. I’ll be honest, there were many times I wanted to hang up my advocacy work and quit all this, but then I’d receive that one message from a “fan” who credits me for their life changing, who says: “If it wasn’t for you and your videos years ago, I wouldn’t have found kratom when I did. My life wouldnt have been changed for the better if it wasn’t for you.”
The stay at home order hit our state (Oregon) in mid March. It is crazy thinking back on how drastically and quickly things changed in such a short period of time. Staying home is either an easy or a hard thing to do. If you are a home body and love/prefer to stay home, then this order was and is a piece of cake to follow. If you love going out every night, eating out and socializing, then this order might be causing you some major issues mentally and/or physically. No doubt we will soon see the damage this hard season has caused millions. Some things are already coming out like an increase in domestic abuse and other mental health issues. And this is just the beginning of it unfortunately.
